ERROR 'Chassis_Private' object has no attribute 'hostname' in neutron logs

Issue

/var/log/containers/neutron/server.log files in controllers show the following ERROR:

2023-09-04 17:50:17.679 23 ERROR neutron.api.v2.resource     'host': self.chassis.hostname,
2023-09-04 17:50:17.679 23 ERROR neutron.api.v2.resource AttributeError: 'Chassis_Private' object has no attribute 'hostname'
