Latest UBI minimal info page does not include security CVEs fixed

Issue

• What is expected to be shown under security tab for each container image in the catalog?

• The UBI minimal info page for latest release has no information on the security CVEs fixed in the release. The section where this information is usually displayed is blank: example

• Expecting to see a list of CVEs fixed under the Security tab
