sshpass is giving error while trying to connect server via ssh

Issue

• When attempting to connect a server using SSH, sshpass gives below error.

  Testsystem ~]$ sshpass -p '!12345' ssh  user1@10.1.x.x
  Fri Jun 23 21:38:09 IST 2023
  Failed to change pseudo terminal's permission: Operation not permitted
