Installation of OpenShift fails on VMware vSphere

Issue

• During the installation of a new Single-Node OpenShift VM on VMware vSphere platform, the first boot fails, and the VM is unreachable through the network.
• Troubleshooting steps points out that IPv4 settings are valid, the network interface is in UP status on both OS and VMware vSwitch.
