`oo-admin-cartridge -l` does not match mcollective cartridge list in OpenShift
Issue
- The output of
oo-admin-cartridge -lon a node does not match the mcollective cartridge list gathered from the broker. - Not all custom cartridges are available even though they are installed on the node.
