How to recreate a job that Ansible Automation Controller is running from the command line

Issue

• During troubleshooting it may be beneficial to recreate the issue from the command line of Ansible Automation Controller so that further troubleshooting can be performed.
• Since podman is in use in AAP 2.X+, it can be difficult to recreate issues trying to use standalone ansible commands outside of AAP while also ensuring the job's environment matches.
