RHEL6: XFS filesystem hang, stuck in xfs_buf_lock, one process from xfs_read_agi and one from xfs_read_agf

Issue

One XFS filesystem has hung. Another XFS filesystem is not hung, nor is the ext4 filesystem. Disk spindles are working via 'dd', so the problem is likely in the filesystem code.
postgres processes blocked on xfs, oldest ones blocked in xfs_buf_lock

xfs
seen with postgres database IO load
