Certain options are unavalilable when trying to manage webhooks via hammer_cli in Red Hat Satellite 6.10 or above
Issue
The CLI alternative of the following WebUI options is missing in the hammer webhook create\update command :
- X509 Certification Authorities
- Optional HTTP headers as JSON (ERB allowed)
