IPv6 Raw socket returns errno 101 Network Unreachable
Issue
Customers using raw sockets and sending Ipv6 packets over UDP were getting:
[1] 99.187805] dst_alloc: 7728 callbacks suppressed
[2] Route cache is full: consider increasing sysctl net.ipv6.route.max_size.
and packet drop due to 101 errors:
