Users can't log into portal after upgrade - 500 internal server error
Issue
Environment that previously passed upgrade path through 3.0 up to 3.3 versions of RHEV-M
can cause depleting system native threads. As a result of that no users are able to log in
to the portals that this software provides.
Environment
Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager (RHEV-M) - version 3.0 upgraded all the way up to 3.3
