How do I change the rhevm user password in the rhevm database?

Issue

• The RHEV Postgres database is intended to be a black box but on some customer sites there may be policies in place that database passwords etc are managed by DBA's.
• The RHEV Manager communicates with Postgres via a user called 'rhevm', one needs to change the Postgres password and then register the change with JBoss
