No logs are seen in the Observe > Logs dashboard in LokiStack

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • No logs are seen in the webconsole Observe > Logs dashboard. A text displaying error ! is observed on the console.
  • All the pods are up and running but the logs dashboard displays only error !
  • Collector pods constantly logging the following:
