Network interfaces re-negotiate speed and duplex under heavy load

Issue

• All our nic cards are autonegotiating under heavy load
• High-volume NICs that lose sync when they are in auto-detect mode, and often renegotiate at the incorrect speeds and/or duplex.
• The network and backup team came to us asking to force to full 1gb the backup nic cards
