  • RHEL 6.4 (Santiago), kernel-2.6.32-358.23.2.el6
  • Also seen with RHEL7.1 kernel 2.6.32-573.26.1.el6.x86_64 when hot plugging an Intel Ethernet X520-DA2 PCIe adapter on an Inspur NX5460M4 server
