[EAP7.4]Add own Metric / Healthchecks using Microprofile to the URL localhost:9990/metrics or localhost:9990/health

Issue

• I can call localhost:9990/metrics or /health to get metric or health status. Is there a possibillity to add own metric or health information using microprofile. I can't see any modules for it and org.ecclipse.microprofiel.metric.MetricRegistry courld not be found when I use it in my WAR.
• If there isn't a possibiloty: Is it planned to support it and in whcih version
