Not enough unused monitoring_entitled entitlements in the base org
Issue
You have the Satellite server with the monitoring entitlements and your satellite certificate expired. You are trying to activate new certificate with the following error:
# rhn-satellite-activate --rhn-cert=satellite-new.cert
RHN_PARENT: satellite.rhn.redhat.com
Error: You do not have enough unused monitoring_entitled entitlements in the base org. You will need at least 25 free entitlements, based on your current consumption. Please un-entitle the remaining systems for the activation to proceed.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux registered to the satellite server with monitoring entitlements.
- Red Hat Satellite Server 5.x
