RHV Hypervisor new install is Non-Operational with event log message 'Missing CPU features : vmx'

Issue

• I installed RHV Hypervisor, but in the RHV manager event log it is showing:

    Host rhevh.example.com moved to Non-Operational state as host does not meet the cluster's minimum CPU level. Missing CPU features : vmx,nx.
