RHEV Hypervisor new install is Non-Operational with event log message 'Missing CPU features : CpuFlags'

Issue

  • I installed RHEV Hypervisor, but in the RHEV manager event log it is showing:

    Host rhevh.example.com moved to Non-Operational state as host does not meet the cluster's minimum CPU level. Missing CPU features : CpuFlags.

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.0
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1
  • Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.2
