Unable to edit the Lifecycle Environment of Capsule by non admin users
Issue
- Changing life cycle environment of capsule with a non-admin user fails with below error:
Error : "Oops, we're sorry but something went wrong Validation failed: Taxonomy has already been taken"
Environment
- Red Hat Satellite 6.x
- Non Admin user assigned a role which has location resource
