Ceph: stderr ceph-volume lvm batch: error: Unable to proceed with non-existing device
Issue
After applying a service configuration use ceph orch apply -i <spec file>, and then removing an OSD and the associated disk, Ceph Orchestrator continues to try to build the OSD on a disk that is no longer present.
