Restarting JBoss breaks the multicast on the host machine?

Issue

• After restarting the jboss server, the multicast on the host machine stops working . When this issue occurs,only a single node fails, however the same failure occur on each node in close proximity and at JBoss startup or shutdown, the entire machine(the zone running JBoss as well as the global zone and every other zone on the machine) becomes unable to send or receive multicast traffic.
