I'm not seeing any of my messages sent to my embedded broker appear on my remote broker's queue

Issue

Im trying to send a message to my embedded broker in my local jvm. My understanding is that messages i send to this embedded broker will be stored locally and then forwarded to any brokers defined in the networkConnection elements.
