ceph-RBD : Ability to set rbd_default_data_pool per pool

Issue

• We currently have the option to set rbd_default_data_pool globally and on client basis. Is it possible to set it on a pool basis?
• For example, if we have 4 pools : rbd, libvirt, rbd_ec, rbd_ec_data ; we would like to use rbd_ec_data as data pool for just rbd_ec, not for rbd and libvirt; without risking filling up the rbd_ec pool because someone forgets to use --data-pool.
