How to find out which config change triggered mcp rollout?

Issue

• What initially triggered the MCP , what exact change we have on the config file which caused it to roll
• This is not specific for any particular error but in general
• Whenever any change is made by anyone, we should know what was changed and what cause MCP to rollout
• Need to know where and what exactly the change was made.
• Need to find an elegant way to check it, means what was it before the change was made basically need to compare before and after.
• In general whenever the mcp is rollout we should know the cause of it
