Where does kickstart file get downloaded and saved in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 during installation?

Issue

Till Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6, the kickstart file was being downloaded in /tmp directory during installation in Kickstart Installations, but the file /tmp/ks.cfg is missing in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 during kickstart installation.
Is the location changed? If yes, why?
