Issue
- Satellite certificate generation using "Subscription Management Application" tool fails with below error:

Resolution
- While attaching Subscription to Satellite Profile created under
Subscription Management Applicationits important to attach a Satellite subscription. - Follow the steps mentioned in: What is the workflow for generating a Satellite Certificate for use with the 2013 Packaging Model?
Root Cause
- A satellite subscription was not added to the Satellite Profile created under
Subscription Management Application. - Another way to hit this error is if for the Red Hat Satellite entitlement, you select an entitlement that isn't active yet. This is being tracked in an internal bugzilla.
