After presenting storage devices to a host there are no multipath maps present for them in RHEL
Issue

I've presented storage devices to a host, the configuration is not blacklisting them, but I do not see any multipath maps for them.

Replaced SAN enclosures due to a hardware problem. After rebooting the physical host and reconnecting to the SAN, multipath devices weren't present anymore on the system.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4, 5, 6
