GtkScrollbar slider not painted correctly when GtkScrolledWindow size is changed during "size-allocate" signal

Issue

  • Scrollbar sliders are no longer painted correctly when scrolling.
  • Resizing a window in eclipse leads to wrong painting scrollbars in the hover.
