How do I setup recurring uploads for Insights services?

If you are using Insights services like Compliance or Malware, you may need to send uploads to these services in a regular basis to make sure that you have up-to-date system information to get right recommendations from Insights. Currently Insights does not have an automated scheduler to do this. But it is easy to setup a cronjob as explained in this article.
