Why didn't IBM BladeServer H22 recognize exact installed memory?

Issue

  • /proc/meminfo only shows 24GB memory. But it is installed 48GB memory. It can be calculated using dmidecode. This is not showing in proc/meminfo.
  • dmidecode output :
