igmp version force to vlan tagged interface not taking effect

Solution Verified - Updated -

Issue

  • We are setting up igmp version = 2 for vlan tagged interfaces and the kernel seems to be setting v1 for the igmp version.

    net.ipv4.conf.eth4/401.force_igmp_version = 2
    net.ipv4.conf.eth5/501.force_igmp_version = 2
