[Ceph] HTTP header size limits on beast

Issue

  • HTTP headers in RGW with beast is limited to a value of 4096 and not configurable
  • The following error is observed when this limit is reached/exceed:
2021-10-27 15:19:30.259 6f9afeb50100  1 failed to read header: header limit exceeded
2021-10-27 15:19:30.259 6f9afeb50100  1 ====== req done http_status=400 ======

Environment

  • Red Hat Ceph Storage 4.x
  • Red Hat Ceph Storage 5.x
  • RGW + Beast
