Technical assets downloaded from BRMS are malformed
Issue
Technical assets, which are stored as drl files, are incomplete when donwloaded from BRM Server (Guvnor community) by WebDAV or Rest API. The rule below doesn't have the rule name and end keyword so it is not compilable outside Guvnor
