After restoring a system from a dump file, grub doesn't install and the system doesn't boot.
Issue
- Using the dump tool to create a dump of the the / filesystem, is not outputting errors, but when restoring, the /dev folder is empty.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 4
