GFS2 withdraw with "fatal: filesystem consistency error" in function gfs2_setbit on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.7
Issue
- We had this error this morning resulting a filesystem freeze. Here is an extract of the `/var/log/messages

Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 5.7 (with the High Availability and Resilient Storage Add Ons)
- kernel version is 2.6.18-274.3.1.el5 (Note: for kernels before 2.6.18-238.19.1.el5, see GFS2 hangs & GFS2 withdrawals in gfs2_setbit)
- GFS2 filesystem being actively accessed on 2 or more nodes.
