Upgrade stuck on Image-registry while applying the 4.8.14 errata.
Issue
- When applying the 4.8.14 errata the upgrade got stuck with the following error:
failed to update object *v1.ConfigMap,
Namespace=openshift-image-registry, Name=image-registry-certificates:
configmap "registry-config" not found
