What is the maximum queue depth for crontab in RHEL ?
Issue
- What is the default maximum number of
crontask tracked in the queue ? - Can that be configured like other Unix's using a
/etc/cron.d/queuedefsfile?
For example:
What happens if we add following line to /etc/cron.d/queuedefs.
c.2000j20n60w
would that set cron to
2000 maximum jobs
20 Nice level
60 seconds between retries.
