[QA][6.1]"virsh list" command outputs "no state".

Issue

  • "virsh list --all" command outputted "no state" as status. "no state" is not described on virsh man and Virtualization Guide.
  • Please show the meaning of "no state" and if there is something that the customer should do with this state.
