[BZ] Dell idrac interface not properly named in Red Hat Enterprise Linux installer

Issue

Dell idrac interfaces are supposed to be identified and named "idrac" within the operating system on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Due to a bug in the install environment, they are instead being named by path (ex: enp0s20f0...)
