Installing rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch.rpm failed with rpmlib dependency issue

Issue

  • Couldn't install rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch.rpm which is created from a satellite 5.4.1(Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6) server to a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5  machine.

  • It failing with the following error message

    Retrieving http://backscratcher.iux.sonofon.dk/pub/rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        rpmlib(FileDigests) <= 4.6.0-1 is needed by rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch
        rpmlib(PayloadIsXz) <= 5.2-1 is needed by rhn-org-trusted-ssl-cert-1.0-1.noarch

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.1
