While using encrypted credentials ActiveMQ still looks for credentials-enc.properties file

Solution Verified - Updated -

  • I am using authentication and the file: "credentials-enc.properties" but I receive this error while enabling the encrypted credential based authentication for activemq webconsole:
org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanInitializationException: Could not load properties; nested exception is java.io.FileNotFoundException: "jboss-a-mq-6.0.0.redhat-024/extras/apache-activemq-5.8.0.redhat-60024/conf/credentials.properties (No such file or directory)

On JBoss A-MQ 6.1 Beta, I'm using the standalone version and trying to encrypt the password used by the new Hawtio web console. How do I configure it?

  • Red Hat JBoss A-MQ
