External api is complaining i/o timeout when deploying OCP IPI on Azure existing VNET in RHOCP 4.x

Issue

  • During OCP installation on Azure via IPI installer in existing vnet, external api is unreachable and giving i/o timeout causing bootstrap to never finished.

  • Cluster deployment is partially successful in existing vnet via IPI
