Condor virtual machine node not appearing in cumin inventory in MRG 2.0

Issue

• The node is a clone.
• /var/lib/dbus/machine-id is identical to other nodes in the system.
• Both nodes appear using condor_status.
• Cumin inventory toggles back and forth showing the original node then the cloned node. They do not appear at the same time.
• Cumin-web and cumin-data processes appear to have a memory leak and high cpu utilization.
• High frequency of cumin web.log entries like
