3scale SaaS signup form is unavailable

Issue

  • When accessing the signup URL the signup form is no longer available.

  • Noticed the following developer console error

    Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at         https://multitenant-admin.3scale.net/p/signup?signup_origin=website-signup. (Reason: CORS header     ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ missing).
