  • Process diagram fails to load with the following message:

    Unexpected events occurred that the system didn't know how to handle. Details have been sent to the system log file. ID: 2127063219 
Error details 
Uncaught exception: Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: expected ':' after property name in object at line 1 column 135345 of the JSON data

  • Process definition with the Work Item Handler task whose name contains "" fails with the message similar to:

     | Uncaught exception: Error parsing JSON: SyntaxError: Unexpected token D in JSON at position 8932

Environment

  • Red Hat Process Automation Manager (RHPAM) 7.8
  • The process definition contains Work Item Handler task whose name contains quote characters. For instance: WIH "Error";
