Name field is not filled automatically in Content Explorer in EPP 5.1.1
Issue
Using the Content Explorer to add new content, when the user fills the "Title" field and press TAB key, it should automatically fill the "Name" field with spaces and special characters removed.
That feature was working in SitePublisher in EPP 5.1.0, but it is no longer working in EPP 5.1.1.
