New kernel is installed, but not available during reboot
Issue
- I have installed a new kernel, but at boot time, the server immediately boots into the previous version
/boot/grub/grub.confappears correct/var/log/messagesconfirms that the kernel is installed/bootis not mounted/bootis not present in/etc/fstab
