Member users could not be granted access to backends in admin-portal
Issue
-When the user account was assigned all the 'member' permissions, the particular user could not access API backends in the admin-portal
- When granted the 'admin' permission to the the above account, the user could access the backends.
- How can I grant backend access to member users in admin-portal
