RHEL 5 system with root-on-multipath over iSCSI fails to boot properly on new initrd/kernel
Issue
- mkinitrd does not include the iSCSI driver when root is on multipath over iSCSI
- My boot-from-mpath over iSCSI system does not boot after installing a new kernel or making a new initrd
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 5 Update 6 or later
- mkinitrd version older than v5.1.19.6-75
