Issue

After upgrading to RHEL 6.5 SCTP stops working on bonded interfaces.
SCTP is initiating INIT messages without checksum.
NIC bonding is done on system and application is initiating SCTP INIT messages. In wireshark traces it is displaying as "Checksum: 0x00000000 (not verified)". because checksum is going as 0x00000000 in INIT message the SCTP links are not coming up. We need to enable CRC32 in SCTP init messages

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 with kernel package:
- kernel-2.6.32-431.el6
- kernel-2.6.32-431.1.2.el6
- kernel-2.6.32-431.3.1.el6
