Does Red Hat's Build of NodeJS14 have Full ICU (International Components for Unicode) support?

Issue

Installing and testing rh-nodejs14-nodejs results into small-icu and is missing full-icu support.
The release notes of nodejs-14 states "full-icu" option is enabled, whereas it's not available.
